Sign Up for the Career Pathways Fair

Let us know you're coming — registration helps us prepare the right number of lunches, materials, and learning stations for every attendee. You will receive a confirmation email with a personal QR code for check-in at the door. Students choose which EMS stations they want to attend on the day of the event.

We will never sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third-party organization. Your contact details are used solely for event coordination and communication.

Bay Area high school students — register to reserve your spot. Your confirmation email with entry QR code arrives within minutes. On the day of the event you choose which EMS learning stations you want to attend.

On the day of the event, show your QR code at the check-in table. You can then attend any EMS learning station you choose. Lunch is provided 12:00–2:00 PM — free for all attendees.

Register your school group so we can prepare the right number of lunches and materials. After you submit, you will receive a secure roster upload link in your confirmation email — your student list goes directly into our protected system, viewable only by City EMT staff.

Hands-On Learning

EMS Learning Stations

Students choose which stations they want to attend on the day of the event. Each station offers 45 minutes of real, hands-on training led by EMS professionals. Space is limited to 25 students per session — arrive early to secure your spot.

Classroom 1

□ Sidewalk CPR

Hands-only CPR and AED use — skills that can save a life anywhere, anytime.

Classroom 2

□ Bleeding Control

Tourniquet application, wound packing, and hemorrhage control — Stop the Bleed certified.

Classroom 3

□ Vital Signs

Blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, SPO2 — the fundamentals of patient assessment.

Station A

□ Fire Station

Meet Bay Area firefighters and explore fire-EMS career pathways up close.

Station B

□ Ambulance / EMS Demo

Tour a real ambulance, handle EMS equipment, and hear from working paramedics and EMTs.

Station C

□ EMS / Dispatch / Skills

Experience emergency dispatch, communications, and advanced EMS skills practice.

Students check in at the entrance with their QR code. Choose your first learning station — each holds up to 25 students per session.
